Yesterday we finished the coating of the rusted stairwells at Anastasia by the Sea Condos. It was quite a bit of prep work to remove the surface rust of the steel handrails and get them primed to prevent further deterioration and bleeding through of rust. With the proper Sherwin Williams enamel topcoat we got them looking great!
This week at the Beech Gait Stables new barn off State Road 207 in Elkton we are priming & painting the exterior of the barn, which is Hardi board siding. It is being done in a 2 tone white with green trim. See the below pics of some of our painting progress.
We are also starting another trim paint project of a brick duplex in Jacksonville. There is substantial wood rot repair of fascia, soffit, trim and ceiling areas that must be done. At A to Z Custom Homes, A to Z Roofing & Waterproofing & A – Z Painting we DO NOT cover up any damaged wood! We replace it when simple trim carpentry repair cannot be done to save the existing wood. We exhaust every effort to keep our rot repair low cost and keep our customers happy and satisfied with a job well done! See the below BEFORE pics. Next week we should have some afters ready!
In Jacksonville this week we have been installing Galvalume roofing panels to a log cabin home. The previous roofing material was asphalt architectural shingles and they were in need of replacement. The owner chose to go with a new look with metal sim-rib panels.
